We are available to  you 24/7for all your questions and concerns.

All of our packages are custom to you below you find all of the options available for you to choose from and to make the planning package that works for your wedding and wedding day

all packages not booked 4 months in advance of your wedding day there is a 500.00 emergency planner/director surcharge. Excludes "Day Of " those must be booked 2 months in advance and incur a 250.00 emergency surcharge if booked with less than 2 months before your wedding date. 

We will not deal with disreputable vendors and will attempt to steer our clients away from vendors who have failed to perform.

Day of Services start at 1400.00 

Full Planning packages start at 3000.00

          
Available Services include:

  • Review of all vendor contracts
  • confirmation of vendor services 1-2 weeks prior to the wedding day
  • Consultant’s services on the wedding day for a maximum of fourteen hours
  • Up to 15 hours of consultation
  • A Complete description of the wedding planning and marriage process
  • Suggestion in cultural aspects of your wedding 
  • Gladly Distribute all remaining to payments and gratuities to all of your vendors
  • Development of a wedding day  timeline
  • Be the main point of contact for your vendor on the day of your wedding
  • Make sure that all of your reception and wedding ceremony decorations are set according to your plans and details
  • Creation of reception floor plan
  • Coordinate all reception activities
  • Attendance at ceremony and reception
  • checking of availability of preferred venues
  • Help with negotiating contracts to obtain the best possible pricing
  • One visit to your ceremony and reception venue prior to the wedding (travel charges may apply)
  • Keep track of the rings and the marriage license
  • Provide you with information on each of the facilities policies, services, and decor restrictions

  • Handle all of the last minute details ( does not mean last second changes made by others)

  • Take wedding gown to cleaners of your choice for cleaning a if you choose preservation
  • Return grooms tuxedo to appropriate rental store
  • Bustle gown
  • Attend final fitting to learn how to bustle your particular gown
  • Pick up and delivery of any items that you choose 
  • Provide information on packing bouquet in dry ice to be sent of for transformation into jewelery (ask about how this is done)
  • Meet and greet out-of-town guests at the rehearsal dinner 
  • Help with selection of Favors, Theme, and Flowers
  • Help with Selection of dress for bride

  • Send out wedding day itinerary and confirmation letters to all of your vendors that we help  you develop
  • Send out letter with the wedding day itinerary to everyone in your wedding party

  • Development of a monthly calender list of task to do and to due by date so you and I know we are on track.
  • Schedule vendor appointments with you and attend them with you to help ask the right questions during the interview process
  • Help with making hotel accommodations for out-of-town guests
  • Help with the design of wedding color themes and decor options
  • Provision of an information packet with samples of invitation wordings based on the formality of your wedding, save the dates and programs
  • Assistance in menu selection and beverage service to include a signature drink of your choice, to make sure you get what is appropriate and don't over spend.
  • Suggestions on wedding attire and accessories appropriate for the time of year and style of your wedding
  • Handle all of the last minute details (does not mean last second changes by others)

  • Assistance in finding all of the vendors that are specific to your wedding 
  • 2 or more location walk through last one with the caterer and baker or any other vendors that need to be present 
  • Set up bridal portrait appointment, photographer, hair, make-up, flowers (we provide your bouquet)
  • Attendance at bridal portrait session to help from start to finish.  (please give 2 week notice)
  • Attendance at  all bridal dress fittings 
  • Help picking out bridesmaids dresses 
  • Assistance in keeping track of your to do list and running any last minute errands 
  • Personal assistance on your wedding day starting when your day starts  and ending when you walk down the aisle --- we will still be there to take care of you through the night
  • We'll help plan any other parties that happen before your wedding also, like your  bridal shower, or wedding rehearsal dinner, or even the bachelor or bachlorette party!
  • For my brides that are viewing this out of town, out of state, or even out of country just drop me an email with your picture s and diagrams to help me help you decide on the details!
  • Help with party favors and any other little projects you may want at your wedding 
  • We can decorate your wedding night suite for you if your not jumping on a plane right away for your honeymoon. However you like it done! 
  • Scheduling of hair and make up appointments for your wedding party or even have it done in the bridal suite.
  • Delivery of wedding and engagement announcements to the newspaper companies of your choice, but keep in mind you are still responsible for the publications fees
  • Assistance in the assembly of party favors for your guests and arrange them and you wish
  • Delivery of welcome baskets (if you choose) for out of town guests to the hotel to be left in their room so they receive them upon arrival
  • Assistance in making those welcome baskets for your out-of-town guests
  • Assistance in assembling your invitations and mailing (you provide the postage of course)
  • We will even help you plan your honeymoon!
  • Design of your wedding party line up
  • We work with you to bring your personal style and touch to your wedding 
  • We plan a visit for after your wedding to discuss and vendor follow up if needed (After Action Review)
